Sign up for Canastota Little League!

Interested In Playing Fall Ball, Sign ups will be held Saturday 6/7/2014 from 4-5pm at the Little League Field and Sunday 6/8/2014 at our Canal Street table at the Festival from 10 to 5:00 pm. These sign-ups are open to Minor Baseball, Intermediate 50/70 Baseball, Senior Baseball and Major Softball.

Players didn't have to play during the spring or summer to play fall ball, all are welcome.

This is a great opportunity for kids to continue playing in the fall.

Cost is $50.00 per player for Minor Baseball and Major Softball, $65.00 per player for Intermediate and Senior Baseball.

If you are interested in coaching you should make your intentions known to Jeff as soon as possible.

Submitting Your Registration
To submit your registration for Little League, gather the following together:
A completed and signed Player Registration Form
A completed and signed Medical Release Form
A copy of the player's birth certificate (new players only)
A check made out to Canastota Little League for the appropriate amount

League Information

All children ages 4-16 are welcome!
There are many levels of play to choose from:

T-Ball Baseball– Ages 4-6,
Coaches Pitch Baseball–Ages 6-7
Minor A Baseball and Minors Softball – Ages 8 to 11
Major Softball – Ages 9 to 12
Intermediate League Baseball 11-13
Senior Baseball and Softball (after school ball)- Ages 13 to 16

Players are eligible to play if born between 5/1/1997 and 4/30/2010 (for Baseball) and 1/1/97 and 12/31/2009 (for Softball)

FOR NEW PLAYERS ONLY: A COPY OF YOUR CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED

To register your child for Little League, two forms need to be filled out, printed and either brought with you to Registration Day or mailed to Canastota Little League. The forms below require the Adobe® Acrobat Reader®. You can download the latest Acrobat Reader by clicking on this image:

For both forms,

Fill out the information completely (required fields are highlighted in red)
Press the button on the top of the form to print it
